What happens when you stay up late into the night listening to way, way too much Porter Robinson? You get a new story, Anemoia! A story about sufficiently advanced machines. A story about the first crystal pony. I wouldn’t call it a Christmas story, but it’s damn cold up north, so I figured it would count well enough. Anyone with a soft spot for…

Hey everypony! Sorry I’ve been gone for so long. I’ve greatly enjoyed my vacation, but I think it’s high time I get back here and get back to writing. As of this writing, it’s been a year and six days since I joined Fimfiction, and eleven months since I started writing. Time to get back into the game, as they say. My Little Apprentice…

The time has finally come for me to release a piece of original fiction. I promise not to waste too much blog space with things that aren’t pony–I’ll be brief about the story, explain what it’s like, and why I think my readers would enjoy it. My first book will release on May 1st! Here’s an Amazon listing: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F46RKY67 The book is called Forerunner’s…

It’s been a year since I began writing Message in a Bottle. My editors pestered me to spend a few minutes here and get into one of my production quirks, particularly now that most of the serious drama is over. Like many authors, I use music, and a few seemed interested enough that I thought I’d get it down. Movies use music to set…

Hey everypony, just thought I’d drop a line and let you know that MLA: Perihelion has been published on schedule, and is now available to read! I’m trying to move towards slightly shorter chapters with this story. To make up for it, I plan on posting twice a week instead of once, as I did with the original My Little Apprentice. Anyways, enjoy!

No, this isn’t Harmony Defended. My Little Apprentice is now a trilogy. Check out part two!

Hey everypony, I have something really special to announce today, something I’ve been asked about so many times I’ve just gone ahead and decided to get it done. Message in a Bottle is about to receive a hardcover print edition! The details are all here: https://igg.me/at/starscribe So, for those who don’t want to click away, I’ll explain the basics right here. The project is…

Hey ponies! Just wanted to make a quick (and likely final until the books ship) update about my Message in a Bottle print run. For those who were sitting on the fence about the book, I do have a little more news. We’ve got Zutcha back for the cover! We’ll be using a traditional hardback design for this one, with a fabric cover and…

Hey pones, I just wanted to share some exciting news from the Message in a Bottle hardcover print run I’ve been focused on for the last few months. I thought everyone ought to know that the proof copy of the book has arrived from the publisher. The book is totally ready for printing at the end of the week. For those who weren’t part…

So, for those of you who haven’t read the July 8th chapter of Message in a Bottle (G5.05: Satelite), probably go and read that before going on. Either these things aren’t going to make sense to you, or they’re going to be a major spoiler for that story. So seriously, go read that, then come back here. We good? Good. So I am not…
