Hey pones, just here to announce a new story! I’ve got a bit more to say about this one than I have about many. This story is a sequel to Steel Solstice, but it isn’t just that. For the longest time I’ve thought about how to revise Harmony Defended to incorperate some of the canon of my expanded and rewritten, three part version of…

[Image unavailable: original image] Heyo everypony! I just thought I’d take a moment of your time to let you know that I’ve got a new story live. It’s another one of those (almost) daily update, summer project kinda deals. It’s called Friendly Fire, and you can read the first chapter now! I’d consider it a prequel of sorts to the universe of Casualties. Though…

The time has finally come for me to release a piece of original fiction. I promise not to waste too much blog space with things that aren’t pony–I’ll be brief about the story, explain what it’s like, and why I think my readers would enjoy it. My first book will release on May 1st! Here’s an Amazon listing: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F46RKY67 The book is called Forerunner’s…

Hello Pones! Can you believe we’ve made it halfway through the year already? Well, we have and here’s a hearty mid-year cheer for you all! Let’s delve right into the usual pone and word chatter before I ramble too much about non-pony stuff. Right out of the gate, let’s welcome the launching of a new story, Beyond the Veil of Sleep, over on Fimfiction.…

Hey pones, hope everyone had an awesome Halloween! Time for a new month, and more pone. As before, we’re seeing lots of the same stories here. It takes time to complete narratives as long and complex as these, paticularly a story with as many viewpoints and goals as ambitious as Forbidden Places. So there shouldn’t be any surprises to my readers here. Making a…

Hey pones, got the update for June coming in! Let’s get right to the exciting stuff! First, Convergence will, Zutcha willing, have its cover in time to finally make its way to fimfiction, so that’s super cool. Not a new story to Patreon, but one I’m proud of nonetheless, so I’m eager to share. No other new stories coming this month, at least not…

Hey pones! Just wanted to drop a quick note that I’ve posted a new story, Life Support! If you happen to be a fan of Friendship is Optimal stories, you should check it out now!

I think it goes without saying that I’ve been overwhelmed by the response to my latest story. I guess I just thought, since I’ve been trying to keep the Author’s Notes clear on this one, that maybe I would get out some of what I’ve thought and learned about during this last weeks since it was published. Yeah, I got a stronger response in…

Hey ponies, welcome to the spooky month!Been a busy last month for me as you might imagine, with the Indiegogo campaign running for Words of Power. That campaign successfully funded a few days ago, reaching 99 copies sold at the time of completion. That means I’ll be writing 4 additional chapters for the epilogue, which will go both before and after what’s in the…
