State of the Scribe: June 2019

Hey everybody, wanted to take a moment to get some updates out there for the coming month. Got lots of stuff here worth talking about, so let’s get right into it.

First, Elements of Harmony will be coming to an end, after Twilight Sparkle has encountered basically every villain on the show up to the point I wrote it >.>. Not sure what’s coming from that slot, but something cool I’m sure.

Next, a new short story is joining the Patreon Exclusives, Return to Sender. This is a sequel to Message in a Bottle, or maybe a spiritual successor in the same universe. It plans on answering many of the questions that Message asked, so tune in for that.

We also have the Pinkie chapters of Secrets of the Mane Six, which will start on the 28th.

The First Republic, the real name for the Last Migration sequel, is just waiting on a cover, and it will be making the transition to fimfiction as soon as we get that. Hopefully the first week of the month, fingers crossed.

Lastly, there’s an FiO story here. On the Road (that’s it’s working title, expect something different) explores a few aspects of the FiO universe that I’ve never seen broken down in detail before. I’d like to do the same for navigation devices and self-driving cars. So look forward to that story coming out this month.

That about does it for June–with one more potential awesome thing hiding in the wings. I’ve finished the extra chapters for the print version of Last Pony on Earth. There’s a good chance (fingers crossed, pones) that we’ll get that finished this week, and I can get those gears spinning for the next campaign.

Couldn’t make the 23rd, but I’d still love to make the summer.

Anyway, I think that’s good for now. Stay tuned for more awesome stuff.
